Meet Our Executive Chef
Chef David Ruiz is the tour-de-force behind the Wild Goose Saloon's critically acclaimed kitchen. A veteran of the culinary scene, Chef Ruiz has channeled his passion for intense flavor and slow-cooked tradition into the Saloon's fast-rising BBQ program. He personally oversees the kitchen, smoker, and kitchen staff—transforming our Brisket, Ribs, and signature Smoked Wings into the tender, savory feasts that are quickly turning the Goose into a genuine BBQ destination. His mission is simple: to make the food on your plate as unforgettable as the music on our stage.
